CUSTOMER SUPPORT IN

HARDWARE MAINTENANCE

ROLE: FIELD TECHNICIAN

ABOUT THE JOB

Although somehow monotone, it all was a very interesting job from the point of view of teaming into a company, i3e, that provided services to a huge IT company such as T-Systems.
My years of experience in big, german, chemical corporations proved very useful!

My duty was initially Hardware replacement field technician, and I was assigned and integrated into T-System's arly customer assistance team.
Initially I was tasked with basic PC support, but soon I scaled up to printers and servers tasks.
Eventually, my skills in networking soon proved useful in the field, and I was increasingly tasked to scenarios where networking troubles were possible, first, and probable, later.

Sadly, being i3e employee, it was impossible to me to be officially and permanently assigned to T-systems team other than hardware support... having little room to further progress, I decided to look for a more challenging project!
